Cancellation Policy
If you contact us by 8:00 p.m.(japan time) the day before your session, there is no cancellation fee. Please note that if you cancel after that, you will be charged 100% of the fee. If you wish to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible. *If you would like to change the session date, please contact us and there will be no cancellation fee, so please rest assured. *Please note that for those who have made a bank transfer, the refund will be the amount minus the bank transfer fee.
